It is interesting that this famine is promoted beyond all measure, then no one never remembers other famines in the history of Russia (the famines in the Russian Empire were almost continuous, following each other with an interval of several years, and only with the advent of Soviet power in Russia did this succeed stop, although not immediately). Holodomor (which means murder by starvation) never happened. There definitely was a famine, but there is no evidence that it was intentional.
