While I liked Sora in the first game, he ended up becoming a generic Goku archetype as the series went on. But Roxas, I remember really liking him when I first played KH 2, and I felt I was one of the few that actually liked its opening section (since others felt it was too long). From the little bit I played as him, he seemed like a more realistic and grounded character than Sora, reacting and feeling in ways that was more believable. Plus, he was the first character seen dual-wielding, and that's awesome.Unfortunately, his character would also go on to be diluted as the series went on, though not entirely like Sora. KH Days was Square Enix's chance to really develop Roxas as a character, but instead it was Xion that stole most of his thunder, leaving Roxas with little to do and was practically emotionless for a chunk of the game, only to get interesting again towards the last act. Roxas and Xion. That's it they love each other, they are compatible and who cares. You can tell they love each other. Wanna know how? Roxas cried for her. CRIED! Roxas is by far my favorite character ever in the KH saga. I always loved his backstory and how all he wanted was to be his own person. His determination, drive and friendships were, and still are, super inspiring. I hope he has more than just a slight cameo in KH 3, but who am I kidding! Even if he does only get some slight screen time, I'll still be uber excited! Here's to you Roxas. You inspire me. (And who his voice actor is doesn't hurt either! )

Hands down the best character in the series. The first dual keyblade wielder in the game. The owner exclusively to Oathkeeper and Oblivion Keyblade make him the most awesome character.He also got one of the best moves in the game. The best character development and he ate sea salt ice-cream with Axel and Xion!

Roxas is my favorite character most likely because my brother played kingdom hearts 2 first so Roxas was the first Kingdom Hearts character introduced to me. I also like his sad tale and hopefully in Kingdom Hearts 3 he will become his own person in some way and fight alongside Sora and Ventus.

Roxas is my favorite character because his story is brilliant and he is so cool but sometimes I feel sad for Roxas because he is not real not like sora and the others. Roxas is by far my favorite character in the kingdom hearts series.

I felt that Roxas's story was more compelling and tragic than most others. Although his game was terrible, his story was more relatable and heartfelt. Plus his dual wielding both the oathkeeper and oblivion (light and dark) is really badass

He is my favourite alongside Sora. He did nothing, he just wants to be his own person, just like everybody should be. I found his story incredibly tragic and I even cried. Plus he's cool and his keyblades are my favourite!

Isn't it strange, for someone who can't have emotions, is one of the most human characters, and the easiest to relate to.Roxasmis the most interesting character and deserves to be the main hero and not Sora of all annoying characters.
