I absolutely love Norwegian, it is sweet and fluid like. It sounds so calm and I never ever get tired of listening to a Norwegian speaker. My name was supposed to be Lilje (which sounds so nice in Norwegian) but since my mother is from the states and I was going to grow up here I had to spell it Lilie, which is nice too but I just love my whole name in its Norwegian form much better, especially J酶rgensen

As my fourth language, Norwegian is my favorite because the sounds are funny, still understandable. One thing is sure about Norwegian, if you meet someone with a dialect (like from the north, or from a region called "Valle in the Setesdalen") you will never understand anything - however fluent you are!

I find it a bit odd that Swedish is ranked above Norwegian. Both have a fluid, melodic nature to them, but Norwegian's pitch accent gives it a sing-song characteristic that puts it ahead of Swedish for me.
