Both me and my wife grew up watching and loving both of those great shows. So I was very excited that Norman Lear and Jimmy Kimball assembled such a talented group of actors! However I was skeptical that any cast could hold a candle to the past greats of both great shows! My wife and I were both blown away how well it went! We laughed through out both shows! Well done and Bravo! Not only did these shows make us laugh now and then they also made its viewers take a hard look at the prejudices and social injustices that we had then and still have now! Lastly, It was so great to see the still beautiful Marla Gibbs! Having her be part of the new cast was incredible! Two thumbs up!- Michael Millard - thenextsteplover
