People tend to be quiet and reserved. But they are very helpful and they genuinely care for each other, especially outside of Wilmington metro area. I have lived in different states and while many are all "smiles" and "hellos", it's very superficial. In Delaware the caring for each other runs deep. They are also very open to newcomers. They won't knock on your door the day you arrive with an apple pie, but they will immediately step in to help if you're in trouble. Great little state.

可怕的州人总是翘着鼻子粗鲁无礼。我在纽约的时候比在特拉华的时候在社区里感觉更强烈。不要去威尔明顿除了毒品什么都不去。悲哀

Horrible state people are rude always with their nose turned up. I felt more in a community the time I spent in Ny then in Delaware. And dont travel to Wilmington nothing but drugs. Sad
