This movie is incredibly overrated.Yes, it was enjoyable, there was a sizable level of emotion and the payoff was well-deserved, yet I think this film overshadows too much. I felt as if Thanos was destined to win, and there were some plot armor elements here and there during the fights. In addition, I think more effort could have been emphasized on the development of characters in regards to first-time meetings and the fact that Thanos's Children were just mini-bosses with no lasting impact.Lastly, its nowhere near the best film of 2018. There's several more that I find to be better in many regards and I honestly think there are better superhero films and material too. Although I can confidently say this was better than Age of Ultron (Which honestly sucked in my opinion). - CrimsonShark

After seeing Endgame this movie sucks for me now. The main reason is that Endgame had brought back everyone that has died making this movie look pointless. All the deaths in the final scene have lost that impact. Still great action though.

This movie blew me away. I was on the edge of my seat, barely paying attention to my popcorn and drink and candy. It made me tense, and I haven't cried this hard since the last few movies. Five minutes in and I was already an emotional train wreck. It had everything I'd expect and things I hadn't even braced for. The emotion and the action is what really got me in this movie. From the depth of the characters and how drastically they've developed and changed over the MCU to the spoiler alert: THE ENDING. Ever since I've been mourning, and I can't wait for the fourth. I had to say goodbye to my favorites though (sobs)

The Grand Theft Auto V of all movies. Epic and amazing, very high gross income, extremely popular throughout all audiences in all genres in all countries, and overall an emotionally, heartfelt and action-packed movie - maybe the best Avengers movie out of the trilogy so far! This movie can never stop blowing me away. It has continued since it came out to show me ho much this franchise actually means to me. This movie takes a character such as Thor and Thanos and turn them into my two favorite MCU characters. It never stopped impressing me. The first couple of minutes alone were able to make me grip the side of my seat, make me bend over in the chair, and have me absolutely stunned from how amazing this movie looked. Hulk vs Thanos is one of the best fight scenes between two characters I have ever seen. Thanos in this movie is one of the greatest villians in cinematic history. Thor is now the best MCU character and maybe the best comic book character other than Hugh Jackman's Wolverine. That is saying something especially how this movie has to move around to give everyone some screen-time. They did it. Marvel should be absolutely ecstatic. This movie has changed every single rule for this genre.

Even though the MCU hasn't reached it's peak in terms of character's powers, Avengers: Infinity War shows the beginning of what the Marvel Comics have had in terms of power, and they do it in a way fitting for a theatrical production. Thanos has real motivation and is a likable villain, and his abilities surpass anything shown by other MCU villains as of yet. The movie really makes me long for the future of the MCU, with the likes of the Beyonder, The Living Tribunal, and more. Avengers 4 has a lot of things they can do, such as showing Thanos killing Eternity and the rest of the Abstracts, or fighting an Iron Man armor with the power of Stormbreaker. Infinity War really does do it's job in that it keeps me on my toes for what the Russo Brothers intend on creating next. For that, I feel it deserves the title of the best movie of 2018.

I adore this movie. Despite the ending being a bit abrupt (like all episode endings of Degrassi: Next Class, seriously the most abrupt episode endings ever), it was insanely action-packed, the visuals were excellent, it was really funny, and the characters were amazing. I've only really seen Marvel movies as early as Captain America: Civil War and the ones I've seen were awesome. Despite even 2017 being a crummy year, Marvel was probably the best thing about 2017.
