This event is special because the ppv wasn't bad due to poor booking or bad wrestling. It was bad because, right after the second match, severe thunderstorms made the power go out. The live audience could barely see what was happening, and the ppv audience could only see nothing but a black screen. Vince went nuts and spent the whole event trying to fix everything. Once the power came back on, it was the main event. They had to reschedule it two days later with Beware of Dog 2, which showed the televised matches, and 3 extra ones, which included a casket match between Undertaker and Goldust. It was surreal, and it was the only ppv ever to be held in South Carolina, which I guess is something.
