Like Shou Tucker from Full Metal Alchemist, Bill Hawks proves that a character does not need a lot of screen time just to become the worst. Bill Hawks is one of, if not, the most selfish character in video games. The events of Professor Layton And The Unwound Future were caused by his selfish greed for money and power. Although Dimitri and Clive were the antagonists of the game, they were honorable enough to acknowledge what they did was wrong and promise to repay for their crimes. Bill Hawks on the other hand does not acknowledge the fact that HE was responsible for all that had happened, nor does he answer for his actions. Bill Hawks truly represents how money and power can make people so selfish.
