He is by far the worst thing on the god awfulness that is Disneys Liv and Maddie. He's super unfunny and annoying (kind of like PJ from Good Luck Charlie who I hate for the same reasons, except Joey is slightly smarter than PJ) and the fact that he's one of our protagonists is shocking. He only does things that benefit his selfish needs. The majority of what that show wants to count as his comedy is annoying sounds and him bieng slightly abnormal(not as weird as Disney think it is). It doesn't help that he has a bland personality and follows every single nerdy/loser cliche. I honestly hope he gets written out of the show or the show gets canceled entirely.
