This is probably the greatest song that there has ever been, and probably the greatest that there will be. If there is a song better than this by anyone on this planet, I would be truly astonished. It is probably not the best known Radiohead song, but the truly best songs are very rarely are the best known songs. OK Computer is Radiohead's best album and probably the best album ever recorded (it has won countless polls already). This song is the pinnacle of the ultimate album. It's sheer majesty just makes me want to weep. It is number one on the Radiohead list, but that position should also apply to any list of songs on this site. If you haven't heard this, for gods sake listen to it, it will change your life.

It's not the best song ever, there is many greater songs. Not just from Queen, Led Zeppelin, The Beatles, exedra, but also from Mozart, Rossini, Beethoven, exedra. To respond to the comment above, I've listen to enough of Queen, Led Zeppelin, and Beatles to conclude that Paranoid Android is better than a lot of the songs made by the bands listed in this comment. Hell, I'll take Paranoid Android over Bohemian Rhapsody, Stairway to Heaven, and Kashmir. To me, Radiohead is on the same tier as Pink Floyd and Beatles! God loves his children! - Artemus445

I'm not a biased fan here, because I am neither a huge fan of those bands that MontyPython listed, or Radiohead. But as far as my opinion goes, I would say that Paranoid Android is on the same tier as songs from Queen, Led Zeppelin, Pink Floyd, The Beatles, etc. Anyone that has a valid argument for why Bohemian Rhapsody and Stairway to Heaven are superior, should tell me, because I would like to hear their side. PS: none of those bands have albums that are better than Green Day's Dookie and American Idiot, along with the Red Hot Chili Peppers' albums Californication and Stadium Arcadium. - Revrad

That guitar is amazing. 3 separate guitar parts going at once and a bass. Yet, it all fits together so perfectly. And it's so perfectly melancholy. Radiohead doesn't need some sad sob story to make somebody cry. Although, people know songs like Creep, No Surprises, High and Dry, or Fake Plastic Trees better, nothing beats Paranoid Android (This is not to say that those are bad songs).

I swear people say it so much about Radiohead in general its become cliche but this is one song that the more you hear it the more you love it. Upon first listen this song was nothing special to me. But I would never skip it though. But now I LOVE it. The first six songs on this record are basically all my favorite songs on earth. But none of them are as special and as deep and layered as Paranoid Android. I really do believe this is one of the greatest rock songs ever recorded.

This song grows on you. Like big time till it becomes surrealy great. Its like a man took his guitar and throw up his soul and emotions whole on this song. People where I live will never get how much feeling lives in this song, cause this is a band that just a few privileged can appreciate (at least for the place I live where the musical tastes are extremely mainstream) And yeah, I'm really greatful for it..
