Josip Broz Tito was one of the bloodiest dictators in history killing mainly Croatian people after WWII especially catholic priests and those who oppose communist regime. Anyone who raised their voice against him and communist party was killed or put in one of many labor prisons and most notorious one was "Goli Otok" (Naked Island). Following the end of WWII Tito immediately killed all his political opponents and secret police indiscriminately executed several hundreds Croatian patriots overseas. Rummel estimates 1,072,000 people were killed under Tito, and of those who got killed after WWII were 572,000.

He is responsible for killing hundreds of thousands civilians after the end of second world war, he is also responsible of all the crimes that his secret police, called UDBA, perpetrated in the former country and abroad, killing everybody who was not agreeing with communist regime.

Great guy. ACTUALLY new how to run Yugoslavia. Suppressing ethnic resistance and political opposition is the only way to keep the culturally diverse people of Yugoslavia united. Otherwise you end up with the ustase, chetniks, and nationalists. And nationalists are what killed Yugoslavia, right? So you see, Titos brotherhood and unity worked well. And if it meant killing nationalists and political opposition so be it. It worked great and kept Yugoslavia United and strong. Tito wasnt like Stalin and people had a good life. He was fair and just to the people. He even treated the Croatians equally after they did genocide during WW2. Still think Tito was bad? If you do, im Not angry, Im just disappointed.
