Easily the best, especially when he goes kaioken, I wiped out 3 players when in kaioken and especially charging his special. He's great for when you need a desperate comeback and is truly a game changer. Hardly go negative in score when versing level 9s. He's truly a beast when he goes super saiyan and when he uses a spirit bomb. Strongly recommend for users to use him and I think he should be in no. 1. So please do vote for him
