So I don't understand how he got on this list. If he raced for Billy Hagan or other teams with the same funding, then I may still be skeptical of his inclusion in here because those teams may had less funding that the Goliaths of NASCAR, but it was still a lot in comparison to some other smaller teams. - Kwaysar
