This is what my Ed Sheeran-obsessed friend is like. He thinks poppy pop stars and rappers are appropriate because they dont yell, scream, shred on guitars etc. . Everyone who agrees with this item should listen to Nicki Minaj, Cupcakke, etc. and see if theyre not bad influences. And check out some of Ffdp, Slipknot, etc. and see if they are unmeaningful. I agree that they are. Rap and pop can be very bad influences. Metal can too but at least a lot more of the modern have meaning.
