Don't get me wrong. I like My Little Pony just as much as any other average fan. There are several episodes that made me laugh, some that made me cry, and some that made me smile. Yes, certain episodes are cheesy, but others are genuinely well-written and you can tell effort was put into the art style.As for the fandom itself, I strongly believe the fandom is at the top of the most annoying list is because of the radical fans. I'm not talking about the ones who cosplay just for fun, have thoughtful discussions about the show, or even draw the art. I'm talking about the crazy 5% who rule 34 the characters, have shipping wars, and engage in immature behavior at conventions. Show some self control and make our fandom look BETTER, please!

I'm a Pegasister. Before you rant, I'll say I don't like many bronies. I do think ponificating is cool, however. To haters, I would like to say that the show isn't half bad. You all think it's the same as what it was years ago, but it's changed from being disgustingly girly to actually better than most shows today. It gets a tiny bit cheesy sometimes, I'll admit. But really, have more respect. You aren't half as brave as these people. Well, most of them. I actually look up to some of them because they're bullied so often, however retain strength and carry on, not caring at all about judgement. What I don't like is that they're sometimes butthurt and whiny, and they're sometimes creepy. Lay off the shipping, please. I have to confess I enjoy a little bit of shipping, because It's cute, but not obsessive shipping. I think that bronies can get annoying, and haters gonna hate, but people should respect them more often.

I have had several friends who are bronies. I don't dislike bronies, I am just incredibly confused by it. I can understand being really invested in a show but.. the problem is, I grew up in the 90's and if you threw this show on back then, it would be seen as completely average. I have seen a few episodes and there are a few enjoyable ones (especially the ones with Discord because Q is awesome) but overall the show is mediocre at best. The plots aren't that great, the characters are boring caricatures, and it just leaves me with a feeling of meh. I would say it's because the shows that are out now are terrible by comparison, but that's not true as gravity falls and steven universe are far better than this show. I just...I'm not bashing them I just don't understand what the appeal is.

Well, if you use logic...A year in our time is about 365 days, right? So every year, you get older by one year. Other countries had (or have) different calendars which indicated that one year was NOT 365 days. So for example a calendar from one country could say that 600 days is a year, and that you could be 7 years old when in the US you're actually 40.What does this have to do with bronies?It's simple. Honestly I'm glad this is number 1. Out of all the fandoms I hear about whether it's Pokemon, FNAF, Sonic, or even Steven Universe I can't go online or even talk to my friends (which two of used to be bronies or maybe still are) they plague the internet. I remember when I was obsessed with hating it when it first began. I wanted to stop being prejudice so I gave the show a chance. I sat through and watched maybe 30 episodes or more before I finally bailed on it. every time the opening theme song came up I nearly three myself at a wall. I was an active 13 year old and I couldn't stand it. I thought I was torturing myself trying to figure out why people bother watching. Normally I didn't care what I watched but it was that year that I finally realized what I hate. Even now I can't go on the internet without finding weird pony porn or finding some weird crossover. Here I lie watching the Humpbacked Horse and playing Puyo Puyo in my childhood, I was happy for awhile until, I found out that the ponies has covered both of them. I was trying to get away from the modern society and the same people, but apparently I get shoved in my face by Bronies. I remember this one kid in my old school, he was saying the most disgusting and the most disturbing things, and what was he going to do to them in front of my old friends. The pony race has conquered most of the kids with autism, and I hate it because, I don't want to be the last aspie who likes real woman. I was hoping that the show would go by and die, because they are covering my favorite cartoons and games. Every time I see my cousins watch My Little Pony, I have painful flashbacks.

Certainly, not all the bronies are as insane as they are generally represented, however, it makes me feel sick in guts seeing that MLP Rule 34 stuff and realising so many people may ACTUALLY have SEXUAL FANTASIES with PONIES UGH! Seriously, what is wrong with those people?! Being a brony- AND MLP-hater, I admit I hate BOTH the cartoon and the fan base, and I do not even know which I hate more, although I would rather choose fan base since all those sexualised ponies make me SO SICK IN GUTS, and bronies themselves who shout "Love and tolerate" in every corner shoving their opinions down other people's throats obviously have no idea what this phrase they are screaming actually means.

To be completely honest, the show isn't bad. It's a fantastic show for children. For adults, I can see how it could be enjoyable. The characters are somewhat likable, and pretty creative. But the thing that RUINS the fandom is that most HORRIBLE fandoms are infested with angry children that want to think their opinion is the best. Bronies aren't the entire MLP fanbase. There are also... "Pegasisters" uhh... yeah. Older women who watch the show. This is more understandable, the show has a more "girly" vibe to it. But for someone who watched the show (and by that I mean I watched the season finales because the others weren't good enough for my attention span, which were actually quite good) It's pretty cool in some parts. Thank god I left this fandom, I realize that MLP is just part of the dirty marketing of Hasbro and they just want to us buy the mlp merchandise, and that is something that makes me feel angry.The thing that makes me piss off about bronies is that their pony suff is everywere (deviantart, YouTube, Facebook, etc).I lost count of how many people try to make the show look like something smart when it isn't, the plot is stupid, the characters are annoying and stereotypes, the animation is not bad but is not something outstanding.But I can forgive all I said about the show because is meant to be for little girls.Sorry for the bad grammar, but I am someone who learn English in the internet.

I love the show. it isn't MADE for girls, but its more family friendly with great in depth character and meaning. However, the brony community mostly fails to see that and decides to make clop (don't look that up, PLEASE don't look that up) and other weird stuff and are just the absolute worst. The community has gotten worse, but some very talented brony artists and musicians are incredible and the community still has a number of bronies (like me) that say, if you don't like the show, then that's nothing I can change, and won't judge anyone. but the mast majority of bronies are all YOU don't LIKE MLP I love parts of the community, but hate most of the community who fail to see the meaning behind the show
