This list (as of the time I wrote this) is a complete joke. I'm sorry, but the top 40 is just sitcoms and Nickelodeon and Disney Channel shows. Don't get me wrong, they're not bad shows, but in a critical sense, most of television's best live-action shows are in more mature channels like HBO, AMC, FX etc.If we're talking about live-action, there's almost no debate. Breaking Bad is WAY, WAY better than every single show in the top 40. I'm not exaggerating either, BB has incredible character writing and development, a great storyline, intense action and suspense sequences, and it even has some of the funniest moments I've seen in television. - CrimsonShark
