Honestly, their relationship irks me in ways indescribable. He was just.. Not the best partner for her, their relationship wasn't as balanced as it should've been. He was someone else, and the books don't let you get to know him quite as well as I'd like (disclaimer: I didn't read Four), which makes it even harder to feel an emotional connection to these characters and their relationship. Now, I know this is an unpopular opinion, so please don't hate me. I just think maybe Tris should have been with someone else, or no one at all. Preferably the latter.
