This weapon is not meant for strait up fighting. But if the enemy doesn't see you and you want some extra damage before the fight, you hit him with the fan back up and start shooting. Er... Not the best weapon but it can be useful. It marks enemies with a skull-symbol which causes them to take 35% more damage from enemies with no damage fall-off, for 15 seconds. They can't get rid of the marking other than by waiting 15 seconds or by dying. However, the catch is that you have to get within melee range to hit the enemy, and it also deals heavily reduced damage at -75%, compared to the already weak 35 damage stock bat. This weapon is really good for when a player is on a killing spree and you and some other guys attack him with the mark of death, other then that, this weapon is really pointless. the scout doesn't really stick around with people, plus with the small health, the enemny would alraedy attack you if you hit them up with a meele when your right behind them
