到目前为止美国最糟糕的公司！他们对待员工和客户就像对待垃圾一样。诈骗客户，下次你去看望你的母亲或外祖母时，很可能他们有一台录像机，而且不知道怎么操作。销售人员会告诉他们他们需要它看电视。当他们只需要一个高清电视盒时，DVR会每月额外花20美元的服务费。当然，他们的服务绝对是最差的！

By FAR the worst company in America! They treat their employees and their customers like dirt.the scam customers, next time you visit your mother or grand parents.. chances are they have a DVRand don't know how to operate it.. sales guys will tell them they need it to watch T.V... when they just needed an hd box... dvrs will cost them an extra $20 a month for the service... and of course their service is simply the absolute worst!
