Starwood project managers from corporate leaving called it the project from hell and gave it such a bad reputation that anyone interviewing that didn't say the same could get jumped. And if corporate heard about it they wouldn't need to leave to get jumped. IT management was so bad (COBOL/Mainframe coup leaders and many green) anyone complaining would learn corporate was even worse and more dangerous. Marriott management should be better, has to be.
