Save yourself a lot of grief and stay away from ADP. Worst customer service is a horrible experience. Former customers say go local with dedicated live people to talk to. ADP has the worst benefits and treat their own people so badly they hate it there and take it out on anyone having to do with this company so how could anyone want them to source their human resources? Stay away! Managers on manipulative power trips, cheap company doesn't care about employees, unfair, never give any recognition and really hurt a lot of people.ADP is the perfect example of why New Jersey is the worst State to live in with ADP located right smack in the middle of the worst traffic ridden and vicious mean nasty part of North Jersey.
