Absolutely the worst service company I have ever encountered, and I am an old man. I have encountered a lot. They will tell you anything and when they don't deliver you have no recourse except to rant to some poor person in a foreign sweatshop of a call center. There is a new checkpoint at the pearly gates...if you were an ATT employee, you can't go in.
