This game represents the best melding of a classic, quest-oriented rpg, with a first person shooter ever created. The environments are breath-taking. The depth of the characterization of the npcs is surprisingly vivid and the arc of the game itself, encompassing a no-boundaries, open world is immensely satisfying; even the sound track reinforces the grandeur of the game play. My only critique would be the dearth of voice actors. Different, important characters brought to life by the same voice talent is disappointing, at times cartoonishly so. Overall, this is the best game I have ever played and it is so by a considerable margin.

There are two main versions of Skyrim: without DLCs and with Dawnguard and Dragonborn.Without DLCs Skyrim is awesome, and Oblivion and Morrowind can compete for the best Bethesda game ever.But with those DLCs there's no way they can compete.I've been so (un)lucky to have to wait until the release of complete experience before playing Skyrim.And it was AMAZING. I couldn't literally stop playing it, I eventually took days off the work to keep playing it. I ignored my kids and wife.I literally shutdown any kind of social life interaction for about 120 hours of non stop gaming.And I don't regret it. And I know it hardly will happen again.It's not just thew best Bethesda game to date.It's one of the BEST GAME EVER to date.

I agree that this is my favorite game of all time. I have spent countless hours playing as and replaying this games. This was the first open world game I have ever played. And it is the best open world game I've ever played. I will always jump at the opportunity to play this game. The soundtrack of this game is very immersive and makes it more of an experience than just mere entertainment. I will always be a huge advocate for this game.

I've gotten at least 1 Thousand hours on this half of that from mods. This game just keeps on going, and I just keep playing it. The modding community is the best in the world Giving mods that could be a DLC on their own. Skyrim will always hold a special place in my heart as the best game I have ever played.

Literally the best game I've ever played, the gameplay is a bit slow and irritating at times but the story is awesome, the gameplay is incredibly fun, the open world is downright fantastic and the soundtrack...do I even need to say?My favourite game of all time, and that's not going to change for a very long time! maybe until Elder Scrolls 6 comes out...

Bought the original, bought SE, bought all the DLC, have modded to the extreme, and am still playing it on a nearly daily basis. Nothing else like it, ever. The open-world aspect, and the ability of users to create and mod is unsurpassed in terms of continuing entertainment.

Easily the best out of these choices I have played it least 1,000 hours on 8/10 of these games and the ones I haven't played I have watched videos on and skyrim has been one of the greatest gaming experience of my entire life.
