一部轰动一时的杰作！视觉上令人惊叹，充满了令人惊叹的动作场景。制作得非常好，节奏也非常快。我完全被娱乐化了，可以一遍又一遍地看。配乐必须提到，它是惊人的和完美的。角色作品和故事之间的化学反应是连贯的。这是一部史诗般的惊险旅程我从未停止过惊讶。爱太平洋沿岸！

A blockbuster masterpiece! Visually stunning and filled with astonishing action set-pieces. Extremely well-made and terrifically paced. I was thoroughly entertained and can watch it again and again. The soundtrack must be mentioned, it was amazing and just perfect. The chemistry between the characters works and the story is coherent. An epic thrill-ride of a movie that never ceased to amaze me. Love Pacific Rim!

It felt like I've seen it several times. Yes, I get the point! It's just some 1950s B-movie sci-fi same old, same old thing with goofy CGI effects and lame acting; but in a good way. Not to mention the plot is fairly similar to those movies Godzilla and Real Steel. It's unoriginal and it's good for moviegoers to laugh at it. How do I rate it? It's a C.

Truly amazing film. Very nice twist with the aliens coming from under the sea instead of from outer space. I mean wow! The Kaiju were AMAZING! Best monsters I've seen in a long time! Plus the graphics were amazing and so damn colorful :D! The action was great, the humor was great, and it tugged on the old heartstring, which I didn't expect to happen. WARNING SPOILER! One of the saddest scenes was when Mako (as a child) was being chased by the kaiju through hong kong. I think that was a genius scene to add. It balanced the movies emotions out, so it wasnt all fighting. Amazing film, go watch it! - dragonfly99

Incredible art direction and spin on the giant monster movie. Best seen on a large screen... Some incredible visual effects and the acting was much better than most. They timed its release poorly though...it would have done better if released in early August a few weeks after Despicable Me 2 as audiences have had a steady diet of actioners and superheroes all summer...waiting till just before school starts would have been a fiscally sound decision.

The giant fanbase and internet craze over this movie told me that this movie was something to watch. So I watched it. And it was ' awesome. Usually, movies with this theme have a poor storyline that falls apart in the first half. However, Pacific Rim managed to keep it, along with extreme action that makes you want to jump off your seat and start imitating the Gypsy.

I know a ton of people hated this movie for the generic storyline, but come on, you didn't see it for the story, you saw it because it had giant mechs battling giant monsters. Admit it, this movie was crackalackin'.

Giant robots fighting Godzilla-like monsters. If I didn't watch it I wouldn't believe it could easily end up one of the most enjoyable movies I've ever watched.
