I don't really find anything about beck appealing besides his looks.The actor isn't that good and just looks awkward on screen it's pretty obvious he doesn't like being in a sitcom and would rather be in more serious rolesHe's not entertaining I understand he's meant to be more level headed but he can still be entertaining I've never gotten a single laugh out of him and when he tries to be comedic it doesn't seem right and he just looks weird when he doesHe can't dance or sing and his acting is pretty woodenAnd the only reason he's popular is because of his looks.
