Johanna Mason is a badass and my role model. She was honest as heck and didn't take BS from anyone. She is such an underrated character.

It is very sad when she said "they can't hurt me. I'm not like the rest of you. There's no one left I love." She is different from Katniss in that way, but she understands what matters and what should come first when making choices. She plays a vital part in the rescue from the arena, and sacrifices herself for the others. She fights through the tortures and stays alive, even though she has no reason to. She eventually became a good friend of Katniss, and I really think that they make awesome friends.

You know, its really great when you like a character that they mentioned in passing that actually showed up and was a GREAT character!I liked her strategy. Stay low, kill viciously. She was a character who I actually liked, no matter how much Katnisss narration wanted me to hate her. Her skills in the Arena, and her role in Mockingjay, alongside Finnick was a reminder of why I love the Hunger Games. It isnt a boring adventure, because the characters and story keep me invested. And Johanna Mason was a huge part of that.So thank you, Johanna Mason. Thank you for letting me enjoy one of my favorite book series because you were an excellent character.Thank you.

Johanna is such an underrated character. Everyone seems to forget that she went through extreme trauma both physical and emotional, gets addicted to morphling and was inches from death after being categorised as a criminal of war but still manages to fight and stay strong. She spent hours training in order to get onto the battlefield and fight for freedom and eventually becomes good friends with Katniss. She delivers some of the greatest lines in both the books she's in and Jena Malone was just amazing at playing her character, she got her spot on. I mean come on, who doesn't love a crazy bitch with an axe who's addicted to drugs?

Joanna was Great! She no left to love. Heartbreaking. Tough, smart, cynical, a battered soul, but a warrior for what was right. Needed nor screen time. Nothing against Annie, she's sweet, but wouldn't Joanna and Finnick been great together? So much in common. Loved Finnick too.

Johanna is the coolest character out there! She's strong, sarcastic, smart, and beautiful. She's also really funny, and delivers the best lines. She and Finnick should of totally born together in the end! Love you Johanna!

She was by far my favorite! With her attitude, and great axe skills, she had it all. She was really underrated, and she deserved more book/screen time. And she definitely (in my opinion), had the best skills weapon wise.

She's the kind of character that makes you wish she was the central protagonist of the story. She's chararismatic, she has an interesting development, and she's a badass. She and Haymitch are my definitive favourites.
