The fact that a story by Steven Moffat tops this list saddens me greatly. Even though this story was not bad, the incredible damage he has done to the programme since taking charge in 2010 should mean that no story from him should be anywhere near the top of this list. His mistakes are too many to mention here. Doctor Who will never be great again until he leaves.
