Okay, let me ask you something. Why does everyone hate Porky so much? Yes, he caused many despicable acts to occur, and he is a terrible person. But has it ever occurred to you that he is this way because he is supposed to be the villain? I don't hate him AS much. Sure he is a jerk, but at least he does a good job at being a villain. Keep in mind that IF he could have a normal childhood, he might grow up to be a better person. Also, fun fact, in the Japanese version in the Happy Happy village, where he says he regrets what he has done, he really means It, but because Ness doesn't says anything, he thinks he cannot forgive to him. As evil as Porky is, I personally feel pretty bad for him. Sure he was annoying since the beginning of earthbound, and he flat-out DESTROYED Lucas's family. He has to live forever in the absolutely safe coupsule with nothing to do but exist. Eternal boredom, that's a pretty terrible fate if you ask me.

He was the best villain ever. But you wanted to punch him so hard every time he was on-screen. You know he's good because it was such a consistent emotion. He got the only fate that could fit him though.
