I hope I can join this unit one day. Did they need an engineer in their team? I am electrical engineering students. I really want to join Paskal but somehow I am not sure if my knowledge in electrical engineering can benefit this unit? Because they have very high tactical in jungle especially, they are very dangerous in technical, (about your opinion), you are wrong.. they (all units from miliatry, police, etc) work together, that mean, all units can do "attack and defenses" they have good cooperation in all situations... and learn more from army job!, that means, Malaysian Paskal is very dangerous, and there other units from other country want to learn from them... and we, Malaysia goverment don't need their units die... they (armies) also have their own family, and children.. the risk is still have, we don't need our army die because that small matter (2oo terrorist).. so, better kill them, just finish quickly... and I hope you don't compare Malaysia paskal with SAS... they have their own abilities...

I have my doubts because when 200 filipino terrorists attacked east Malaysia recently the whole of Malaysias defense forces, army, navy, airforce were mobilised to defend the country. If our special forces were really that good like the SAS only 20-30 of them would have been sufficient to wipe them out. We spent millions of ringgit (Malaysian Dollars) to just fight 200 insurgents
