The only reason they put characters like this on their shows is they just wanna make their characters more likable. You're kinda supposed to not like him. It doesn't make Cece look any better, because there was never any hope for her character. What I am confused about is why they make the little brothers so annoying, then they have those "special family moments" and all you think about is how annoying the little brother is. I would much rather punch the creator of Disney Channel in the face, instead of their little brain-washing minion actors. Walt would be so disappointed to learn that this is what his legacy has become.
