They're simply the best couple. They had so much development and always loved each other the most. They were so pure and adorable. Any time they broke up was because they wanted to protect each other. They weren't problematic or toxic and they always fought for their live. They have so many little cute moments it makes my heart melt. I love most of the other Pll couples too but they were the one who would've truly deserved their endgame. Even when they weren't together they had so much chemistry and were still so in love. The 'I was building the house for you' scene completely broke me and when I found out about their off screen endgame I literally screamed. I only watched PLLTP to hear Mona say 'Toby and Spencer eloped?' Spoby will forever be my first Otp because they are truly in love which other. I love this ship. If you had told me by the end of the sixth episode that Spencer and Toby would become a couple, I wouldn't have believed you. They have an unconditional love for each other that is still there even after the five year time jump. Although they are with other people, they will always love each other and support each other. Their love is undeniably connected. No matter how much they try to move on, they will always find a way back to each other. They're meant to be together. They are undoubtedly soulmates for life.

I wish there was spoby in the books and toby didn't die in the books. They are so adorable and they are the two best characters on the show. They are also very functional. Aria and Ezra are a student-teacher relationship, Emily and Ali barely exist because Alison was dead for 4 season, and don't get me started on haleb. Caleb literally left Hanna for this random girl and a terrible, cancelled spin-off of Pretty Little Liars. Spoby, on the other hand have always been there for eachother and they are always protecting each other. Whether it's risking their life or lying for them or being A, they will always be the best couple on PLL. Haleb and Ezria suck. Sorry.

Spencer and Toby are very deserving of their first place position, and are the most incredible couple on any T.V. show, movie, or book ever. As others have mentioned, I have a hard time even understanding how the writers of PLL could create a pairing that is so in depth. Their chemistry is undeniable, and they care about each other so much. There are so many beautiful moments between Spencer and Toby, and I can't wait to see what the writers do with them in 7B.
