I don't believe this at all! I have a Noivern and I trained my Noivern that it became really strong the only downfall about my Noivern is that it has all the same weaknesses as any other dragon type!

It's not my cup of tea, it's like electrode but more sp. Attack less speed.It's a cool looking Pokemon but it's frail and it's just kind of lame overall.It's not bad, but it's not really good either.
