The coaches at 810 are world class. They have also consistently placed coaches and members into the Crossfit Regionals. JOe and Liz are exceptional people, focusing programming on elite fitness but doing so with a flexibility to allow newcomers and those who are not "crossfit games" level to really improve their strength and conditioning. As a testament, there are more than a few members who drive up to an hour to work out with there. The community at 810 is fantastic that rolls over into everyday life where many members organize socially with each other too.

I left my original gym where I had a rather disappointing experience- mentally unhealthy community, subpar coaching, etc etc- and I found this magical happy place in 810 CrossFit. From the first day I felt welcomed and supported and enjoyed crossfit training so much more. The coaches are exceptional, the community is amazing- I no longer work out at 810 because the drive from where I love was just too far (hey guys this is Trish ;)), but I miss it dearly! 810

Such an amazing all around gym! Supportive and knowledgeable coaches. Always watching for and teaching good technique. The 810 community is wonderful! This gym does not have the biggest space or best equipment, but they boast an incredible coaching staff! Owner Joe Degain is a flow master for CrossFit HQ and leads a talented staff, which includes 3 other CrossFit staff members and other highly qualified staff. Besides this, they have sent a team to regionals the past 2 years and sent 3 individuals as well.
