Commander Tartar is possibly one of the darkest Nintendo villains I have ever come across. Forget DJ Octavio, THIS is the real threat to the Splatoon universe. He:- Captured thousands of innocent octolings and made them perform brutal tests- Tricked them into gathering the parts for a massive blender which would be used to turn them into disgusting octopus pur茅e- Blended them, and mixed the remains with mind control substances in order to later rebuild them as the ultimate life form with supreme DNA (but no free will)- Used this goop as the fuel for a giant super weapon (NILS Statue) which would be used to blow up the entire world and start from scratch- Has vast armies of Sanitised (zombified) octarians under his control to carry out his ambitions- Instead of fufilling his human professors dream of protecting the next species from repeating humanitys mistakes, he purposely withholds the vast knowledge collected ... more
