Turbo Tunnel is harder than most of the levels on this list, but it is not harder than stage 9: Terra Tubes (so many cheap deaths that will run through continues) or Monster Madness: Battle for Suburbia's 18th level (Showdown) on either Madness or Horror difficulty. Try the game yourself. I have beaten it on Madness and obtained the Fashion Show achievement, and I can safely say that if you have a hard time with Turbo Tunnel, you would have a hard time with the vehicle sequences in Downtown Invasion and Showdown as well as the fights in rest of the game (is the Level 14 Catacombs minecart a vehicle sequence?
