This isn't even meaning that women are the inferior gender LOL. There are tons of women in the Bible that are heroes. Considered to most cultures during biblical times, the Bible gives women many more rights than were usual. Women are equal to men, there is no place in the Bible which says differently. Saying "wives, submit yourselves to your husbands" isn't saying, women, submit to men. This is saying, I believe, that Wives should give themselves to their husbands, depend on them and obey them. And husbands are supposed to submit themselves to the church. There's nothing wrong with this. - MovieFan007
