This is easily the best song on Death Magnetic. Its inclusion on the album is pure genius and Metallica should be hailed as gods for writing, performing, and including this song on the album. This song blows me away every time I hear it. Typical vocals from Hetfield, amazing fingerstyle bass from Trujillo, Lars's best performance since Dyers Eve, and possibly the single best guitar solo ever written. In my opinion, the guitar solo on this song outshines any other Hammett has written (Well, except maybe the ones on St. Anger! ) and deserves a place in history alongside Comfortably Numb, Stairway to Heaven, and Free Bird.In conclusion, I think that this song is on Death Magnetic.
