Why are the b-sides and a song thats literally not on the record over one of the most unsettling and interesting tracks on the record? The speech synthesis over audio clips and dissonant keys are haunting and beautiful, and a great addition to the record. It truly ties the album together; without Fitter Happier, there is no OK Computer.
