入学前与Ambetter我一直与国歌蓝十字保险。最显著的区别是客服reps.Ambetter经验水平的客户服务代表似乎不熟悉一般医疗领域和难以回答最基本的问题。我只招收Aug1以来联系了两次,2018这可能不是一个专业的综合表示公司在线网站不是简单的导航,但functional.If我对该公司用我有限的知识将给他们一个等级C minus.I希望有更多选择自我雇佣人在凤凰城地区。我期待发现更多关于健康+ + u2018Bright u2018谁是2019年规划提供健康保险。

Prior to enrolling with Ambetter I have been insured with Anthem Blue Cross. The most notable difference is the level of experience of the Customer service reps.Ambetter's customer service reps don't seem to be familiar with the healthcare field in general and struggle to answer the most basic questions. I've only contacted them twice since enrolling Aug1, 2018 so this may not be a comprehensive representation of the company.The companies online website is not the easiest to navigate, but functional.If I had to rate the company with my limited knowledge I would give them a grade of C minus.I wish there were more options to choose from for a self employed person in the Phoenix area. I look forward to finding out more about "Bright Health" who is planing to offer health insurance for 2019.
