So dissapointed of Jetstar Pacific. Here is nobody care about customers at all. Flights never come on time, never! They change schedule 4 times for my today flight and even didn't inform, you can't find any Jetstar pacific worker in the airport and they are not replying in call center. Terrible. I didn't expect to stay all day in airport. that's not what I was planning. So bad
