United is not a bad airline. It was the airport security's fault that the incident happened. United and Oscar Munoz are just convenient scapegoats for people to pin the blame on. The reason why people hate them is because of liberal news networks that portrayed the incident in a biased light. I have no problem with the memes, in fact I find them kind of funny. The hatebase is the real problem. The United hatebase is mostly filled with SJWs who think that everything is racist. I've flown United a few times and I haven't had any major problems. Give United a break. They've changed CEOs and, let's face it, they're not as bad as other airlines in the industry. - LedgerDraven

In my opinion, this airline should be much higher on this list. In June last year, they kept me stuck in Houston for nineteen hours on my way to Costa Rica and didn't even have a pilot available for the flight from Houston to San Jos茅. After our flight got cancelled at midnight because of the pilot flying too many hours (nevertheless, they had the nerve to make us board the plane before the flight attendant told us that), they sent us to customer service and they refused to serve us there for four hours! While we managed to make it to San Jos茅 the next day, they lost our bags. While not nearly as nightmarish of a story happened when we made our way back to the United States, our bags got lost again.

Terrible - my daughter took them to Cancun for her honeymoon, but her suitcase stayed in Newark.
