The Flash is undoubtedly one of the most powerful heroes. Note that I didn't say the strongest. He's powerful solely because when he's at his peak speed, absolutely nothing can touch him unless he wills it. Infinitely more powerful and cooler than Batman, I rate the Flash as my favorite, however, Superman should be number 1. I simply don't get why Batman is so popular.
