Cap may not be the most powerful superhero, but he is the best role model out of all the superheroes. Even though he was a small guy he wanted to serve his country! He could get beat up all day but that didn't stop him! "I can do this all day" He wasn't born with physical powers but he was a very brave, humble, loyal, kind man. And because of that, he got powers. He is WORTHY. How many of the people on this list are worthy enough to hold the hammer (besides Thor)? The fact that he said "Language" to iron man for swearing just proves he's a great person. He is also VERY powerful with his words. When he gives a speech to his team it's always amazing.
