在武汉开公司将更省心省事省力省钱——8月1日起,只需填写一份表格、提交一套资料、向工商一个部门提出申请,工商部门3日内发放营业执照。发放营业执照之日就一并办理了列入整合的28项登记、备案事项,不再需要向相关部门另行提交登记、备案材料。


同是当日起,我省在此前的“五证合一”登记改革基础上,对《湖北省“多证合一”改革事项清单》所列的27项事项,实行“27证合一”登记改革。武汉市则是在全省“27证合一”的基础之上,再向前迈进一步,率先在全省实施“28证合一”登记改革。武汉市新“兼容”的一项登记事项是人行武汉分行营管部的“基本存款账户开户许可”。


当日,武汉中德伟电力开发有限公司董事何川从市工商局负责人手上,拿到湖北省首份“28证合一”的工商营业执照。“上周五只向工商部门一个部门提出了注册登记申请,今天就拿到了营业执照,实在是太便捷了。”何川高兴地说。


武汉市此次的“28证合一”改革,也是在全市今年7月1日起启动实施的“10证合一”的基础之上,新增了18项登记、备案事项。换句话说,此次登记改革是以前16个部门共计28个事项的“合一”。



沿用全市“10证合一”的工作机制,新的“28证合一”继续实行“一站式”服务机制,实现“企业少跑路”,即实行“一套材料、一表登记、一窗受理”的工作模式。也就是说,申请人办理企业注册登记时,只需填写“一张表格”,向工商部门或政务服务中心受理窗口的“一个窗口”提交“一套材料”,经工商登记部门审查合格后,3个工作日直接核发加载“统一社会信用代码”的营业执照。同时,工商部门会实时将所登记企业相关信息,及时通过部门信息共享交换平台推送给相关部门,实现部门信息共享,数据“多跑路”。(长江日报)
