I have been using kanban style planning for more than 3 years. I find kanban tool the best fit for my needs. Board are easy to customise, so I can use different styles for each of the teams/projects I am managing. Kanban Tool changed my way of working (I'm a researcher). I found it very easy to get used to it and now my productivity is tremendously increased. In few simple steps I can set up and organise the work for weeks, I can keep track of how much time I actually work on a single task and adjust if it's the case. Additionally, I can use it as a hub from which to organise and synchronise everything. In fact Kanban Tool can interact with other (external) tools, such as calendar, mail etc., make a lot easier to add and set new tasks. I have never tried better enterprise Kanban software and I've tried many so far. The most important feature for my team is the seamless time tracking. Whenever you move a task to the working column the timer starts automatically. It's brilliant! You do not need to click anything else. And the time reports give an awesome overview of what has been done, who did what and when. The analytics section is very powerful. Is strongly recommend Kanban Tool as far the best Kanban project management software with a very reasonable pricing for the feature set.

I was looking for a simple yet effective way to manage my personal tasks this has been perfect for the way I work. Really helping me get more done. The only thing I'm missing is a setting to change the date display (I'm in Europe, and shows my week starting Monday, rather than Sunday, which I'm used to). But that's minor!
