Its More colorful, more mersmerizing, happier than the other festival and more luxurious than the ROSE (parade) FESTIVAL OF THE United States OF AMERICA.. More than 6.5 million tourists (foreigner/local) are arriving in baguio just to watch the grandest and the mother festival of the north.
