Fear and Loathing and Half baked are sure fun drug movies, but this movie could turn most people off the dangerous drugs. What's really special is they include prescription medication in this story and make it look just as bad as heroin. That's something many people don't think about, that drugs your doctor gives you can be just as harmful.

Not very realistic because there's no alternatives showing in the movie. I mean, if you're on a edge from heroine ( which is overact in this movie ) you can Always looking for help in free methadon programs.

One of my all time favorite movies. Creepy, disturbing, tense. The two stories are so moving and painful to watch and the acting, writing, directing are top notch. A truly chilling amazing movie.

Amazingly intense film which rather than poking fun, like most drug movies, shows the truth of drugs of how they mentally derange, ruin lives, and put people in the worst of situations.
